FSMTA Seated Massage Team Requirements
Each Seated Massage Team member: Must be a member, in good standing, in the FSMTA. Must have the minimum 8 hour Seated Massage Team Training course, and must have professional liability insurance.

Team Shirts
We are creating and branding a new identity. To do so we want to stand out at events and be recognized for our FSMTA Seated Massage Team. To make this image work we ask that you purchase a Seated Massage Team Shirt – the investment is $25 for a very good quality professional Polo Shirt that will serve as a marketing and advertising tool for you and your practice. Checks are made payable to FSMTA. Team members are expected to dress professionally for all events and to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Each event will have a Team Supervisor who will be responsible for the logistics of that particular event, ie., supplies, intake forms, and supervision of participating Team members etc..

Dress Code
Professionalism at team events is of the utmost importance. The uniform for members participating at events is as follows:

Shirt — FSMTA, or FSMTA Seated Massage Team shirt.
Shorts or pants — black or khaki shorts or pants; no short shorts, cut-offs, spandex, running shorts or jean shorts.

Shoes — comfortable shoes in good repair.

Miscellaneous
Each SMT member must:
-Supply his or her own massage chair, headrest tissues, hand sanitizer and chair disinfectant.
-Participate in at least three events each season (one of these must a community service event) in order to  remain active on the Seated Massage Team.
-Use ONLY accepted Seated Massage Therapy Techniques.
