By attending the FSMTA Massage Convention and Trade Show, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Please review any advisories or restrictions in place for travel to Florida, and do not travel or enter the FSMTA Massage Convention and Trade Show unless you are free of all COVID-19 symptoms and otherwise comply with the requirements of such advisories and restrictions.
Any attendee who does not comply with hotel policies may be asked to leave and the individual's convention fees will not be refunded. |
How do I confirm hotel reservations? |
To confirm your reservation, please call the Reservations Department at the Hilton Orlando/Altamonte Springs Hotel at 800-678-4380 and use Group Code FSMTA or click here to book online. Please note: FSMTA Headquarters is unable to view or modify your reservations. |
What is the hotel discount cut-off date? |
The discount cut-off date is Friday, June 9, 2023 or until rooms are sold out. |
What should I wear? |
During the day anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Comfortable clothing should be worn by those attending hands-on classes. Evening attire is at your discretion. |
Should I bring my massage table? |
Yes! Attendees participating in hands-on classes with demonstrations will need their tables. There will be a table check area where you can check your table for a small fee. Table check will be open select hours. |
How much is parking? |
Complimentary self-parking is available for guests staying at the hotel. Valet parking is not currently available. |
Is WiFi available? |
WiFi will be complimentary in the meeting space and in guest rooms. |
Is airport transportation available? |
Ride Logistics & Tours is our preferred transportation provider to/from the Orlando Airport (MCO) Contact AJ at 407-925-2039 (TEXT recommended) or email [email protected] and use code FSMTA when scheduling. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation costs. |
What is the cancellation policy? |
A refund, less a $100 processing fee, will be given for cancellations submitted by written request to FSMTA and received by Friday, April 21, 2023. No refunds will be given after Friday, April 21, 2023. Requests must be submitted by email to [email protected]. |
Does FSMTA report my CE credits? |
FSMTA will report your CE credit to CE Broker within 30 days after the convention. |
