Introduction to Balancing the Chakras in Massage 2-Hour CE via Zoom, General

DESCRIPTION:
We will learn the qualities and characteristics of each of the six basic chakras and how they affect the body, discuss how to identify when they are out of balance, and practice techniques to restore them to balance. A continuum on Saturday, April 23, 2022, LIVE. INSTRUCTOR'S BIO:
Maria has been a CE provider in the Fort Walton area for ten years, and a massage therapist for twenty seven. Her love of, and fascination with, the human body, its energy fields, and the connection it has with thoughts and emotions, keeps her engaged in the field. She is inspired to share what she has learned from experience(s) over the years with other massage therapists. Her classes usually deal with the subtle energy part of bodywork, the importance of being mindful and present during massage (and life!), and the mind/heart/body connection. Her teaching style is enthusiastic, engaging, and experiential. Reminder: We will be having in-person meetings for those who choose to attend. The meetings will be held at the Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce, McKenzie Conference Center 4315 Avalon Blvd., Milton, FL 32583.
