Learn tools to help protect your clients, your license and your business. Assessment is a crucial step in the massage therapy session and is utilized to create an effective and safe treatment plan. Recognizing potential medical errors and understanding how and when to report them is necessary for all healthcare professionals.

About the presenter:
Crystal A. Howard has been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Orlando, FL for over 23 years. She is NCBTMB Certified and licensed to practice in both Florida and Illinois. She is a recipient of the 2018 FSMTA Outstanding Service Award, 2019 FSMTA LMT of the Year Award, and 2021 Florida Chiropractic Association LMT of the Year Award. In addition to her Orlando practice, Crystal currently serves as Executive President for the Florida State Massage Therapy Association (FSMTA).
