Students will review ethical behavior in massage therapy, identify ethical dilemmas in sports massage, and demonstrate effective strategies to maintain ethical behavior when working with athletes. About our presenter: Jane Kordish is a U.S. Army veteran and seasoned sports massage therapist with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field. She specializes in multi-modality treatments, including Active Isolated Stretching, cupping, kinesiotaping, and myofascial release, and has extensive experience working with military athletes in the Military Adaptive Sports Program. Jane has supported athletes with amputations, burns, TBI, PTSD, and other challenges, ensuring they stay injury-free during intense training camps. Her work includes high-profile events like the US Open Golf Championship and US Olympic Trials. As a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher, Jane integrates mindfulness to optimize athlete performance and well-being.
