Introduction to Postural Assessment - Online
This focused introductory course offers massage therapists a practical overview of postural assessment as a foundational tool in client evaluation. Participants will learn to identify key anatomical landmarks and observe postural alignment from multiple perspectives; anterior, lateral, and posterior. Through guided lecture and demonstration, therapists will explore common factors that influence posture; such as structural imbalances, muscle tension, and occupational patterns. This class is ideal for integrating postural awareness into massage sessions and planning effective treatment strategies.
