This 2-hour course is a great opportunity to explore the clinical benefits and outstanding results of AIS, a method pioneered by Aaron Mates, Founder of AIS. The lecture will guide you through a journey of functional movement, helping to bring new life into muscles and joints with precision and accuracy by focusing on the core principles of AIS.

About our presenter:
Bruce Baltz is a Licensed Massage Therapist with certifications in NY, FL, and Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. He received his Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) Certification in 2015 and is a former board member of NCBTMB. Bruce has been a Deep Tissue Stone educator since 1999 and has been teaching AIS since 2004. He operates a private AIS practice in Jupiter, FL, where he provides AIS sessions to a diverse range of clients, including those focusing on joint replacement, sports performance, functional movement, stability, and balance.
