FSMTA Executive Finance Committee Meeting - February 8, 2026

The Executive Finance Committee (EFC) meets quarterly to review FSMTA accounts and budget reports. This committee provides financial oversight for the organization and assists in developing and monitoring internal controls and accountability policies.

The Executive Finance Committee (EFC) is comprised of the following members:
FSMTA Executive Treasurer (Committee Chair)
FSMTA Executive President (Vice Chair)
FSMTA Executive Director
An Executive Board Member, not on the FSMTA Executive Committee
Two FSMTA members, not on the FSMTA Executive Board

Members are chosen by the Executive Treasurer and all appointees are approved by FSMTA Board of Directors.
