Scalp, Neck, and Face Massage
This class goes into a detailed look at the anatomy of the neck face and scalp and how to release these muscles. We will discuss several different, pathologies, techniques, and tools that can be used and have lots of hands on practice and exchange. Students will practice a 30 minute head scalp and face massage that can be added onto another service or as a standalone 30 minute service. We will also discuss both therapeutic and spa applications.

About our presenter:
Amber Lester began studying essential oils and crafting medicinal teas in 2007. She graduated from Florida School of Massage in 2009 and has been specializing in pain-free deep tissue massage. In 2010 she was attuned as a master level Reiki practitioner and she has certifications in sound healing, as a meditation guide and instructor, and has been an NCBTMB Approved Provider since 2018. Her main focus is bringing the nervous system back to a healthy baseline after chronic pain and stress. She is an intuitive healer that uses aromatherapy, pain-free deep tissue, myofascial release, frequency healing, sound therapy and spa add-ons to accomplish deep therapeutic relaxation.
