Foundation of Thai Massage Level 1 
This two hour course is an introduction to Thai Massage. Thai Massage is a traditional therapeutic healing practice that combines assisted stretching, acupressure, rhythmic compression, and gentle joint mobilization to improve flexibility,relieve muscle tension, and restore the body's natural energy flow. Performed on a comfortable mat or treatment table while the client remains fully clothed, this treatment promotes circulation, reduces pain,enhances mobility, and supports overall physical and emotional well-being.

About our presenter:
Suchaya Concessi is a highly experienced massage therapist with 12 years of Florida licensure. She has worked at prestigious establishments including Boca West County Club for 7 years, Marriott Singer Island for 2 years, and PGA National Resort and Spa for 2 years. She opened Suchaya Thai Massage & spa in Stuart, FL in 2023. In 2016, she became a certified Thai massage instructor, further enhancing her expertise. Since 2019, Suchaya has been providing continuing education in Thai massage, sharing her knowledge and passion for this healing art with others.
