Introduction to Rocking Thai Massage
Rocking Thai massage combines acupressure, deep stretching, joint mobilization techniques, and rhythmic compressions to stimulate the body's energy flow and encourage relaxation and healing.

About the Presenter:
Ashley Helveston is a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience. Her career has been a fulfilling journey rooted in her passion for healing and wellness. Her expertise in Thai massage, a practice that emphasizes energy flow and deep relaxation, has allowed her to connect deeply with her clients and provide them with transformative experiences. Earning a Thai massage certification was a significant milestone, enabling her to master the techniques and philosophies that define this ancient art. In addition to Thai massage, her commitment to continuous learning led her to also instruct prenatal and manual lymphatic drainage.
