Introduction to Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) Upper & Lower Body 
This 2 CE lecture and demonstration introduces Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) and the role of muscle activation in identifying muscular imbalances. Participants will explore brain-based bodywork principles, neuromuscular function, and movement assessment techniques to improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall wellness through a comprehensive, science-based approach to therapeutic care.

About our presenter:
Bruce Baltz, LMT, BCTMB, ISSA is the founder of SpiriPhysical, LLC. He is a licensed massage therapist in Florida and New York and has been an approved  provider with NCBTMB since 2000, where he also served as a former board member. Bruce has been teaching Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) since 2004 and received his  certification in 2015. Additionally, he has been an educator in Deep Tissue Stone Massage  since 1998. Workshops are sponsored by Pura 1st Wellness. He currently works in Jupiter, FL at The Club at Admirals Cove, where he developed an AIS  program. This program serves a diverse clientele, including athletes and clients with joint  replacements, physical trauma, and chronic pain.
