Introduction to Ortho-Bionomy
This class introduces participants to the osteopathic-based positional release work of Ortho-Bionomy. Specific positioning and gentle compression toward the joint stimulate proprioceptive reflexes that unlock muscle tension patterns in seconds. Learn simple, gentle techniques
that are effective for acute and chronic pain, and can be incorporated into a massage practice. (Attendees should bring sheets and face cradle covers.)

About our presenter:
Anne M. Andrews, BA, LMT, is a 2003 graduate from the Florida School of Massage and Bones for Life Trainer. She is also a registered Advanced Ortho-Bionomy practitioner and a certified Basic Ortho-Bionomy Instructor. Anne's classes are fun, easy going and engaging. Her instructions are clear, gradual and geared to meet the student's needs. Anne holds space for the students to have their own experience and learn at their own pace.
