Exploring the Shoulder and its Connections
In this class we will focus on the shoulder, review its anatomy for clarity and confidence, discuss common pathologies and techniques pertaining to the shoulder and look at the influence of the neck and forearm in creating function or disfunction in the glenohumeral joint. Students will get hands on experience to level up their skills with feedback from peers, and have a chance to enjoy and benefit from receiving this incredibly  helpful bodywork.
