Short Bio:

Teresa is a Board Certified Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Fitness Trainer, National CE provider, World Champion Athlete and 3rd Degree Black Belt. For 18 years, she has owned and operated a successful Massage School in Jacksonville, Florida. Today, she continues to teach advanced massage training as a National Approved Provider for Continuing Education and also teacher her Personal Training Certification Program.

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness and bodywork industry, Teresa has taken healthcare to a new level by organizing Health, Wellness & Fitness Professionals, Inc. Her practice brings optimal therapy to her clients by combining massage and personal training bodywork. She specializes in Kinesiology, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Strength Training, Stretching & Flexibility, Self-Care and Self-Defense.

Teresa has been an NCBTMB volunteer since 2010 serving her profession on a National level. She has also held the volunteer position of Sports Massage Director with the Florida State Massage Therapy Association for many years, being awarded State Sports Massage Therapist of the Year in 2009 and Massage Therapist of the year with Florida Chiropractic Association in 2010. Most recently, Teresa is a Boston Marathon Finisher; she ran with Team Massage Therapy Foundation and raised $15,000 for Massage Therapy Research!
