In this two hour zoom class students will get a clear picture of what Essential Oils are and how they work in the body. We will explore the benefits, contraindications and applications of Aromatherapy. We will go over ways to include aromatherapy in your practice and how it can make your sessions more effective and enjoyable for both the client and therapist. I will also introduce several oils, blends and their uses. ***If you have any of these essential oils on hand to experience aroma as the instructor talks about the lavender, orange peppermint, eucalyptus, lemon, and rosemary***
