Polarity Therapy
Polarity Therapy is a useful addition to any therapist’s tool belt. It is a modality that is gentle on both therapist and client and can offer meaningful benefit to clients who may be medically compromised, clients who wish to stay fully clothed, or clients who just want to leave feeling relaxed, balanced, and centered. We will explore some of the basic concepts of Polarity Therapy through discussion, lecture, and practice time.

About the Presenter:
Salina Briseno, BS, LMT graduated from Florida School of Massage in 2009 and joined the teaching staff in 2016. She has a background of psychotherapy training as well as working with children with special education needs. She currently teaches Swedish/Foundations massage, Polarity Therapy, Boundaries and Ethics, Pathology, HIV, and Anatomy & Physiology at the Florida School of Massage.
