This Course is an integrated discussion about the importance of quality of care and will address the five most important ways to confirm the quality of care in any treatment setting. We will then be discussing treating only with reasonable expectations. It engages in best practices and the tools to confirm you are not making claims of grandeur or fraud.

About the Presenter:
Nathan Nordstrom is a Board Certified Massage Therapist (BCMTB). He has been a massage therapist since 2001, and teaching in schools since 2004. As a massage therapist, he has worked in a variety of setting including spas, medical offices, and sporting events. He has spent his career mixing new techniques into a category he calls American Massage. It is an integrated approach to improve functional movement in the human body using the best of all disciplines. He is also an active volunteer for many branches of the massage therapy profession.
