Therapeutic Relaxation with Stretching and Essential Oils
In this 2 hour course, we will practice and discuss bringing clients into a parasympathetic dominant state by using gentle techniques and essential oils. We will discover how this approach can help to unwind chronic tension patterns and speed recovery for those who suffer from chronic pain.

About our presenter:
Amber began her journey into the healing arts in 2007 with Aromatherapy and Herbalism studies. In 2009, she graduated from the Florida School of Massage. She has been a Reiki Master since 2010 and was certififed as a Meditation teacher in 2020. She has been teaching at a Massage and Cosmetology School since 2023.
