This is our most popular class that ANYBODY can take.Release stress from the whole body through the feet and hands.The ancient art and practice of Reflexology uses specific points on the feet and hands to enhance the natural healing abilities of the body’s corresponding organs and glands. Join us to learn these simple, effective techniques for keeping the body in balance. Great for couples, bodyworkers, caregivers and those who just want to treat themselves.

About the presenter:
Alvina Quatrano is a respected body worker and educator practicing since 1991. Her services are rooted in her extensive knowledge and big heart. She is a registered and approved NCBTMB and FL provider who offers training to individuals, groups and schools. Alvina has taught for Insight Acupressure (formerly Soul Lightening International) since 2006 and is a mentor for the Zero Balancing Health Association. Her 5-part class Art of Holistic Massage (AOHMassage) is available as a hands-on or affordable, self-paced online class. It is ideal for new bodyworkers and seasoned therapists interested in cutting edge work which integrates Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Zero Balancing, Process Acupressure, Reiki, CranioSacral Therapy, Reflexology, Self-Care and more. Alvina’s home base is Naples, FL.
