Recognizing potential medical errors and understanding how and when to report them is necessary for all healthcare professionals.

About our presenter:
Crystal A. Howard has been a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician in Orlando since 1999. She is NCBTMB Board Certified and licensed to practice in both Florida and Illinois. Crystal has trained and worked with numerous product lines, developing, demonstrating and implementing treatment protocols both within her practice and for other companies. In her role as FSMTA Executive President, Crystal assists the FSMTA Legislative team in educating professionals and the public about current laws and rules, as well as working to protect the massage profession and those that practice.
