Manual Lymphatic Drainage with Eric Raldiris (6:00-8:00 pm)

When the critically important Lymphatic System is not performing at its optimal level, MLD (manual lymphatic

drainage) helps move waste and toxins from tissue that may otherwise be swollen. This class will give an

 introductory level of instruction covering the history of MLD, Lymph Vessel Anatomy & Physiology,plus Indications 

and Contraindications for MLD. A demonstration of self MLD techniques will also be presented.
